Weekly revenue analysis showed a steady upward trend through the year with peak weeks around June–August and year-end. Pricing analysis showed a strong correlation between fewer bedrooms and higher average price per unit ($584 for 6-bedroom, $550 for 5-bedroom listings), and a price-by-zip-code map highlighted the highest-value area (zip 98134). The dashboard delivers data-driven recommendations for dynamic pricing and investment strategy.
